How can I keep trading under a local lockdown?

We understand that new tier 2 and 3 rules will be incredibly challenging for our community of venues. This is why we are here to support you every step of the way.

We are working on how we can better support you including updates to our Customer Collection option, helping you with any menu updates you may want due to a change in guidelines and how we can help you offer takeaway and delivery services.

Customer Collection and Takeaways
You could safely keep your doors open and keep serving your customers by offering a customer collection option. ROUND can support you with this. If you would like to offer a customer collection service, you can watch a short video here which shows you step-by-step how to set this up on ROUND.

Updating your menu
If you need to update your food menu to offer significant meals due to the change in Government guidelines, or if you need help in updating your menu for a collection only option, please email menu@round.app who will help you do this.

Delivery Support
We are also working on a way to better support delivery services for venues. In the meantime, we have a manual option which you can use. Click here to see more details on this temporary delivery option.

You can find more details on the latest Government advice here.
